• COMMUNICATION - We treat every customer of yours as a customer of ours as your representative, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer service possible with the highest customer satisfaction. We talk to you and the customer about any changes from the original plan to make sure everyone is on the same page so there is no miscommunication happening and clear expectations are met.
• TRANSPARENCY - For every solar job we do we take a minimum of 40-50 pictures for transparency and remote quality control. Fewer pictures and screenshots for contract EV charger installations.
• PUNCTUALITY - 95% of solar residential jobs we do are completed in a day as we provide resources to the job to accommodate timely finish. The other 5% are finished in 2 days. If the job will take longer we will be transparent about it with you and the Customer to ensure clear communication and set realistic expectations. We provide CoCs and testing sheets(if required) within 5 working days and external inspection is booked on the day we send you the CoC.
